e-TASC is a highly flexible tool which delivers personalised learning opportunities and provides a framework that helps to develop thinking and problem-solving skills. It can be used to present lessons and differentiated activities for whole classes, individual users or independent learners as well as providing a structure for coursework or extended projects.

How does e-TASC facilitate personalised learning?

e-TASC is a learner centred framework that encourages users to take an active role in their learning
It offers learners a means of organising and synthesising a range of ideas, collaborating with their peers and provides opportunities for self or peer evaluation.
At each stage learners are encouraged to reflect on their progress and identify their next steps.
Teachers can provide targeted feedback at each stage of the process.
Learners can take risks with their approach to problem solving in a supportive environment.
Users are in control of their learning, they can move between the different sections of e-TASC – changing and adding to their ideas.
At each stage learners' thinking and problem-solving skills are developed and fine-tuned, as they are made aware of their own thinking process.
